ABOUT ME

My Approach

My style of therapy and coaching is real, down-to-earth and honest. Sitting in a room or a Zoom with me, you will find that my language is simple and my mind is open and curious.

Sometimes, I will work with you in a way that offers you nurturing, understanding and self-acceptance. Sometimes we’ll focus more on developing your emotional tone and your mind-body resilience and helping you stretch into the kind of change you want. I always combine these aspects in a way that is right for you.
